Herbed Salmon Steak

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon tarragon -- crushed
4 frozen salmon or halibut steaks
3 tablespoons seasoned coating mix for fish parsley
lemon wedges

Preparation:
Stir butter, lemon juice and tarragon together in a small bowl. Brush salmon with butter mixture. Place on a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from flame for 9 minutes. Brush with butter; turn and brush again. Broil about 9 minutes more or until almost done. Sprinkle tops of fish with coating mix. Broil about 2 minutes or until browned. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
