1 Lb. FRESH SALMON FILLET
2 Tbsp FRESH LIME JUICE
2 Tbsp MELTED BUTTER
2 Tbsp BUSHA BROWNE'S LIME PEPPER JELLY -- MELTED

Preparation:
SQUEEZE LIME JUICE OVER SALMON. PLACE UNDER HOT GRILL AND BROIL UNTIL GOLDEN, BRUSHING AT INTERVALS WITH BUSHA BROWNE'S LIME PEPPER JELLY AND MELTED BUTTER. APPROXIMATE COOKING TIME: 7 - 8 MINUTES. WHEN DONE, FISH WILL FLAKE WITH A FORK. DO NOT OVERCOOK. . (ALSO EXCELLENT WITH SWORDFISH, SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS.) OTHER SERVING SUGGESTIONS FOR BUSHA BROWNE'S LIME PEPPER JELLY: Spread over cream cheese on a cracker, or use as a glaze on vegetables such as carrots or peas.
